Kentucky is among the states ranking the highest in unemployment. For those of you who live and work, or did work in Kentucky this comes as no real surprise and is certainly not good news.
With the economy down, new, and especially secure good jobs are not always easy to find. Being unemployed isn’t a position that you want to remain in for very long. You’re working at finding something new and Kentucky unemployment is working for you.
There are some bright spots. Kentucky provides for the unemployed by taking part in unemployment compensation, as well as by offering Tier one and extended federal unemployment benefits.
